Salary information

1600 - 3100 EUR/month

basic salary from 1600 - 3100 EUR + semi-annual and end-of-year bonuses in the form of the 13th and 14th salary, thanks to which your average monthly salary can reach up to 3610 EUR. Signing bonus of 3000 EUR paid in two parts. Working on foreign projects is also associated with extra bonuses for working abroad. The final salary depends on the individual skills and experience of the candidate.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible construction manager with an electrical engineering education and the ability to communicate fluently in German!

What awaits you in this position?

Technical management of the assigned contract
Determining priorities, ensuring the organization of work and the smooth implementation of the contract, monitoring the quality level of work
Planning and development of technical preparation of the order
Provision of custom-made assembly materials
Team leadership and management
Work management of senior fitters
Supervision of the performance of installation work
Delegation of tasks
Solving any problems
Cost tracking and management
Close cooperation and communication with the project manager

What we expect from you:

Professional competence § 22,23 of the Decree of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs No. 508/2009 Coll.
Active communication in German, English is an advantage but not a requirement
Experience in managing people and buildings
Organizational skills
Economic awareness
Effective communication also in English
Certificate of completion of the professional examination of a construction manager (Act No. 138/1992 Coll.) - an advantage, but not a requirement
