We are looking for an experienced and responsible construction manager with an electrical engineering education!
What awaits you in this position?
- Technical management of the assigned contract
- Determining priorities, ensuring the organization of work and the smooth implementation of the contract, monitoring the quality level of work
- Planning and development of technical preparation of the order
- Provision of custom-made assembly materials
- Team leadership and management
- Management of the work of senior fitters
- Supervision of the performance of installation work
- Delegation of tasks
- Solving any problems
- Cost tracking and management
- Close cooperation and communication with the project manager
What we expect from you:
- Professional competence § 22,23 of the Decree of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs No. 508/2009 Coll.
- Experience in managing people and construction projects
- Organizational skills
- Economic awareness
- Effective communication also in English
- Certificate of completion of the professional examination of a construction manager (Act No. 138/1992 Coll.) - an advantage, but not a requirement
